The well-being of our guests and staff remains our top priority. MSEG is implementing and enforcing best practices and recommendations by government, state and local health institutions due to COVID-19. For the safety of our staff and guests, the following protocols apply to all who visit Hank Aaron Stadium.

The protocols below are subject to change with the guideline set forth by health officials. We have enhanced safety measures for our guests and staff. You are required to follow all posted instructions while visiting Hank Aaron Stadium.

By visiting Hank Aaron Stadium, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19. MSEG reserves the right to remove any guest who, in MSEG’s opinion, may pose a risk to the safety of others.

We appreciate your support, patience and understanding as we all move through this challenge as responsibly as possible. We feel that a key factor in the success of MSEG at Hank Aaron Stadium is your help in following these protocols.

Personal Protection Equipment

Guests: Face coverings ARE REQUIRED for all guests when inside any buildings or enclosed spaces, when interacting with any staff members within the 6 ft. social-distance guideline, while in the concourse, in the stairwells or when moving to your seats. Face coverings are not required once you have reached your seat and are socially-distanced. Exceptions are made for children 2 – 8 years old at the discretion of a parent or guardian and when a face covering would pose a greater risk to someone’s mental or physical health, safety or security such as, a person who is having trouble breathing,
is unconscious, incapacitated or unable to remove a face covering without assistance.

  • Face coverings may be removed while eating or drinking.

  • Face coverings are required inside all buildings.

  • Face coverings may be removed when you have reached your seat and are socially-distanced.

  • Face coverings are required at ticket counters, concessions, lobbies and common areas.

Staff: All staff members who are interacting with guests are required to wear face coverings. Concessions staff members are required to wear gloves.

Health & Safety Checks

Guests: Please do not visit Hank Aaron Stadium if you are experiencing any of the symptoms outlined by the CDC here. All guests will undergo temperature checks prior to being allowed to enter. Any guest with a temperature of 100.0° or higher will not be allowed on the property for the safety of others.

Staff: All staff will undergo daily health checks before reporting to their department, including temperature checks.

Social Distancing & Capacity

Guests: Social-distancing is required at Hank Aaron Stadium. Ground markings have been added at concession stands and where groups may congregate within the 6 ft. guideline. For ticketed events, MSEG has implemented a system that automatically blocks seats within a 6 ft.
radius of purchased tickets or ticket groups.

Staff: All staff are required to social-distance with guests and all staff members.

Capacity: Ticketed events operate at 25% capacity.

Cleaning & Sanitization

Guests: Additional hand sanitizing stations have been added to the concourse area. Increased cleaning and disinfecting will occur throughout all high-touch areas on the property.

Staff: Regular hand-washing and sanitization is required of all staff members.

Additional Protocol

  • Signage has been added throughout Hank Aaron Stadium to remind guests to be responsible when moving through the property.

  • Ground markings have been added to help ensure proper social-distancing.

  • Touchless ticketing and/or payment are preferred in locations where applicable.

  • Partitions have been installed in all concession areas and cashier spaces, where applicable.

  • Single-use utensils and condiments are used for all guests when dining.

  • Buffet services and self-services will be suspended until further notice. However, other catering options are available.

  • All stairways will be one-way only.

  • Barriers will be placed around all prohibited seating.

  • During events, announcements will be made during pre-events, breaks and throughout the event where applicable.

  • Safety graphics will be played on video boards where applicable.

We realize some of these protocols may be a small inconvenience, however, MSEG’s priority is the health and safety of our community and staff members. Taking a few moments to practice responsible protocols will help ensure the safety of others, as well as, yourself and is a small price to pay.
