Alcohol Regulations
All persons purchasing alcoholic beverages must have valid photo identification and be twenty-one (21) years of age in compliance with Alabama State liquor laws. Acceptable forms of identification include an Alabama State driver’s license, an Alabama State non-driver’s I.D., a military I.D. or a passport. It is unlawful to purchase alcohol for minors.

Behavior
As baseball at Hank Aaron Stadium is a family-oriented experience, we ask that the behavior of our fans be in accordance with this atmosphere. Therefore, the use of disruptive and vulgar language or gestures is prohibited. If the enjoyment of visiting Hank Aaron Stadium is being interrupted by the behavior of another fan, please contact ballpark security, an usher or staff member so the situation can be corrected immediately.

Cameras
Fans are permitted to use both still and video cameras in the ballpark to shoot pre-game, game action and between innings as long as they are not obstructing other fans. Tripods and other camera stands are prohibited. Fans should be advised it is illegal to sell or mass-produce any photos taken at Hank Aaron Stadium without the consent of the Mobile Sports & Entertainment Group. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in fan ejection and/or confiscation of film.

Clear Bag Policy
To get the most from your event experience, we encourage you to not bring bags to Hank Aaron Stadium. If you must bring a bag, please be familiar with our clear bag policies:

  • Allowed: clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″
  • Allowed: small clutch bags that are or are not clear, up to a maximum of 4.5″ x 6.5″ (these may be brought alone or in combination with clear bags)
  • Allowed: one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags
  • Allowed: medically necessary items that have been cleared at gate inspection (please allow extra time for this process)
  • Not allowed: printed, patterned or tinted plastic bags, mesh bags, binocular/camera cases, diaper bags, purses, fanny packs, clear backpacks, over-sized totes and/or any other bag that does not comply with the guidelines for allowed items listed above.

Concessions
Concessions are operated by the Mobile Sports & Entertainment Group. Concession stands are equipped to accept debit cards.

Field Measurements
The ballpark’s dimensions are as follows: left foul line – 325 feet; right foul line – 310 feet; center field – 400 feet; right center – 387 feet and left center – 396 feet. The home run fence is eight feet high from left to left-center field, sixteen feet high in center field, and 14 feet high in the other areas.

First Aid
Fans in need of first aid and/or EMT assistance should report to First Aid Room located behind section BB.

Food & Beverage Carry-In Policy
No OUTSIDE food or beverage of any kind is permitted into Hank Aaron Stadium.

Lost and Found
Fans who have lost or found an item during an event at Hank Aaron Stadium should locate a MSEG employee. Items unclaimed after the event is over are handed over to the MSEG front office. The main office can be contacted by calling 251-572-2327.

Maintenance
If you notice an area of the ballpark (i.e., seats, rest rooms, lights) you feel needs to be repaired, please locate a MSEG employee. The staff will remedy the problem as soon as possible.

Pets
Pets are not permitted in the ballpark except for the fans requiring the use of guide dogs and except for Bark in the Park promotions.

Press Box
Located above sections 106 and 107, the press box is home to the PA announcer, and music and video operators. Any questions about the press box, contact 251-572-2327.

Private Parties
There are several areas throughout the ballpark in which your group can enjoy a private party. For more information, please call 251-572-2327.

Radio-Personal TV’s
These items are allowed in the stadium, as long as their use does not disrupt other guests.

Rest Rooms
Rest Rooms are located on the first base and third base side of the concourse.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited at Hank Aaron Stadium except in the park area located behind the 1st base concourse. Hank Aaron Stadium is a smoke free facility. That includes electronic cigarettes.

Soliciting
Soliciting of any products, services and/or monetary donations in Hank Aaron Stadium is strictly prohibited. Violators will be escorted from the property.

Suite Rentals
A limited number of luxury suites are available for rental on a game-by-game basis. These include the VIP suite, located behind home plate. For rental inquiries, please call 251-572-2327.
